I recieved the following from Mr. Tim Burchett in response to my e-mail to
him.


Thank you for your recent email and for voicing your concerns.  I have talk
with several folks regarding this bill and in the present form I could not
support the bill.  I understand from the sponsor's office that the bill has
been put on their last calendar (May 20th).  Hopefully giving those
concerned with the way the bill reads at present some time to work out any
differences.
