[TMRA] Extending online purchase dates for convention until March 6th

Hi everyone,

Since we have been given a little bit of room by our caterer, and we won't
be preparing will-call envelopes until March 7th, we intend to keep online
purchases open for all ARRL Great Lakes Convention and Hamfest options
until March 6th.  At that time (March 6th), all on-line purchases will be
disabled.
