[TMRA] Wednesday night 2/12 TMRA General Meeting - (Please watch for updates)

Since we are expecting more snow to roll in starting tomorrow (Wednesday)
afternoon, just in time for our club meeting, please watch for
announcements (see below) carefully, leading up to 7pm.

REMINDER:  As is the case for all club events, *if there is ANY level of
snow emergency as of 2 hours prior to start time (5pm, for the 7pm general
meeting tomorrow), the meeting would automatically be cancelled.*

Also, please know that we have been known to "get ahead of that", and call
off meetings ourselves (based on our own review of worsening road
conditions as we make our way around earlier in the day).

*You can watch and listen for quick updates at the following locations:*
1.  Your email (via this same email list)
2.  TMRA page on Facebook
3.  Announcements (every 15-20 mins generally) on the 147.27 repeater.

Assuming our meeting moves forward as planned tomorrow night, we do plan to
move directly to the general meeting at 7pm (no presentation planned), so
we should be getting out earlier than usual (which may help get ahead of
the worst weather).  As a reminder, we do plan to vote for filling the new
Bursar role at the meeting.
