[TMRA] TECH MEETING CANCELLED TONIGHT - ON THE AIR MEETING INSTEAD (442.850)

Due to the Weather Warning in place, Dan (KE8UE) and I have made the
decision to cancel the in-person Tech Committee meeting tonight at the fire
station in Maumee.  Even though no actual weather emergencies are called,
freezing rain is expected to start by/before 8pm.

However, we'd like to still meet on-the-air to cover a few hot items at 7pm
on 442.850 (for whoever can make it).

Either Dan or Rob will run the meeting as a round-table net to take input.
