[TMRA] correction / Meeting Start Time clarification

It is expected that the General Meeting (Wednesday night) will not start until 7:30. The official start time is 7pm, however there is an Antenna Build starting at 6pm, and its expected to take until 730 to be completed. There is not a Presentation at this months meeting due to the Antenna Build. Members not involved in the Antenna Build, are still welcomed to arrive anytime after the doors open at 6 pm.
