[TMRA] TMRA - Events Reminders for Sept and Oct 2017

Also, this Wednesday, when the room opens up, I will have some surface 
mount tools and parts if anyone wants to try their hand at a couple 
parts before we get started. This will end promptly at 7:25 or earler, 
so we don't keep our presenter waiting.
