*TONIGHT Sept 11th @ 5pm to 7:00pm - *Transceiver Programming at Fire
Station #2 in Maumee (next to water tower at 450 W. Dussel Dr., Maumee, OH
43537) - TMRA Tech. Committee Meeting to follow, for members, from 7-9:30pm.

*WEDNESDAY, SEP 13th - 7:30pm -* TMRA General Meeting at the Electrical
Industry Buliding -  (727 Lime City Rd., Rossford, OH  43460)   -
Presentation by Ham Radio Deluxe starts promptly at 7:30pm.

*SATURDAY, SEP 23th - 7:30pm -* Foxhunt (by N8RLH) starts from St. Luke's
Hospital (5901 Monclova Rd., Maumee, OH  43537) directly after the 9am
Lucas County ARES (LCARES) meeting.  (enter North guest entrance, take
elevator to basement.  Meeting held in private dining room behind
elevators)  Foxhunt starts from the parking lot directly afterwards and
will be a mobile fox-hunt.  You will be provided a map.  Winner is vehicles
with least miles to find the fox.

*SATURDAY, OCT 7/8TH  -* While not a TMRA event, most of us will likely
want to attend the Michigan International Speedway Great Lakes HAMCON.

presenting a forum on the Great Lakes Museum Ships Operation from the Col.
James M. Schoonmaker at 10am on Sunday.

Presentation by Elecraft RE: using Panadapters starts promptly at 7:30pm.

The next Technician License classes will be on November 4th and 18th if you
know someone that needs help getting a license!  Have them contact Steve
Stalker (KC8TVW) for more info or to sign-up at 419-467-3734 (

* Every *Sunday evening @ 8pm -* Newcomers and Elmers net (everyone
welcome) - Net is on 147.27, 442.850 and 224.14 repeaters.

* Every *Tuesday evening @ 8pm *(starts as early as 7:30pm) - TMRA Digital
Net on 147.27 and 442.850 repeaters.  (This net currently focuses on
getting people familiar with different subjects within software like fldigi
and MMSSTV).  You don't have to have a lot of experience to join in!

*  Every *Thursday evening @ 9pm* - Social round-table on 50.255MHz USB.

*There are also a few other "semi-local" nets/groups you may want to check

County at 8pm (varies depending on week)
2.  2 meter ssb round-table on Friday evenings out of Monroe County on
144.220 usb.
