[TMRA] TMRA Fusion C4FM Wires-X Repeater Update

Just a quick update:

I wired the internet directly into the Wires-X PC this evening and it does
seem to have solved my issue with audio dropping on the repeater (much
better now!).  We'll let it run for a few more days before calling it good
for the transition to the repeater site.  It is back live on 444.2125+ for
those that can reach and try it.  Please comment if you do try it.

Feel free to move the connection to other rooms as you wish.  It is fully
controllable, but only digital.
