[TMRA] HT fix, part 2

Sorry all, hit send before I was done...

We noticed it had separate amps for power amplification for 2M and 440.  So
we did a test, and sure enough it works fine on 440, but 2M is really low.

To make a long story a little shorter, we took it apart.  It's frightening
how small these components are.  It's all voodoo to me.  We did some
Internet searching and found the whole board can be had from a supplier for
about $30.  But since all this stuff is interconnected, we know we'd break
it, even replacing the whole board.

So... anyone fix HTs?  He was looking at the TH-D72A, but now that we think
this can be repaired for much less than the cost of that, we'd at least like
to explore that option.
