[TMRA] Fwd: PSK31 test partner

I keep forgetting to hit "REPLY TO ALL" to these messages to they make their
way back to the TMRA list... a note for everyone else.. if you just "reply"
to an e-mail, it will ONLY go to that person.  You need to his "REPLY TO
ALL" in order for your reply to go back to the TMRA list.

It's helpful to do this so that your message can make it to everyone else,
AND make it into the archive.  The archive is accessible via a link on our
web page, and will help those in the future who may have the same problem as
you.    In fact, it may also help you in the future too if you re-forget the
solution to your own problem :).
