I've got an IC-7000.  Got the manual right here :)

Pin 4 is the PTT
Pin 5 is GND
Pin 6 is Microphone Input

I think PTT just gets shorted to ground, but I could be mistaken.  Pin 1 is
+8VDC in case you need to short it to that.
