[TMRA] PSK31 test partner

I would like someone to help me check my PSK31 (flDigi) setup. While on the 
Q&A net I received fine. I was so impressed with the program that I 
installed a version for linux. What I have noticed from my tests are that 
while sending a message with MS Windows is that the water fall only shows an 
indication on the final transmit. With linux the waterfall shows the signal 
being transmitted. But I can hear neither with my scanner. So I'm just not 
sure if either setup is really transmitting. Both receive fine.
 
If anyone has the time during the week to help out it would me appreciated.
