[TMRA] Suggestion for TMRA Beacon Newsletter Article (and Info Request)

Anyone got a really good handle on signal propagation forecasts (HF and
otherwise)?  I think this would make a great topic for a newsletter
article.  If we've already done this recently, forgive me (and provide a
link :) ).  If it's been awhile, maybe it's time for a re-cap?  I kind of
get MUF (Max. Usable Freq) and those maps, but the other numbers... "Solar
Flux" and whatnot, I got no idea.

Also, if anyone has any good links to websites with good current info on
this, i.e. real-time forecasts, can you send me some links?  One of the
things I'd like to do is add information related to this on our site.  I'm
hoping there is a site that provides this info that can be linked to from
our site (i.e., have some summary info directly on our site, and provide a
click-through link to get more info from the source website).
