[TMC] PAL-350 blower

Sounds pretty noisy to me,  it coasts for a long time, but it makes a 
rumbling sound that's louder than I think it should be that might 
indicate bearing problems.   No oiling or other maintenance info in the 
manual - just looking for best practice is for this type of blower 
(which I suspect is used in other TMC gear).       Mfgr name and p/n 
aren't visible without removing it.
