[TMC] Why GPR-90s Look So Good

I very much like my GPR-90 and am certainly proud of the "looks" of this radio. My only complaint is that the toggle switches are very close to the tuning and bandswitch knobs. Maybe my fat fingers are the problem, but find that when using the toggle switches that it is tight in that area.I sometimes hit the bandspread knob while activating the AGC and BFO switches. Otherwise, it sure is a "looker". I also admire the styling of the Racal RA17. (not to start a competition again...)  W1EKG

The Museum of Modern Art in NYC has held some noted design exhibits - I
haven't seen any TMC gear, but several Hallicrafters sets designed by
Raymond Loewy were featured.
