[TMC] TMC GPR 90 RXD signal overload

Is R-50 the S-meter zero set?  (My GPR-90 manual says no, it's used to  
set S-9 at 50 uV rf input.)    Normally this is done at some  
particular frequency - 7 mc for the GPR-90.

The RF gain control must be full up and AVC/MAN switch in the AVC  
position.  (And I assume BFO off.)
