Roy ... Robert .. thank you for the information.  It confirms what I am 
learning.  Still surprised that more power supplies would not be around.  
Strange since you cannot use one without the other.  unless ... as Roy 
pointed out, the SBE's were plugged into larger frames where the power 
supply was not an obvious accessory.  Then pulling the SBE and sending it in 
a different direction than the larger frame would be one account.

On a related topic.  I have a 50uamp meter which i need to put a new scale 
on.  The reason being the multi-meter on the PAL-1K i acquired is missing.

Does anyone have a PAL-1 or access to one for the purposes of taking a 
legible photo of the multimeter.  I am looking through the documentation 
that i have and was hoping that there would have been a drawing of the meter 
scale but so far i have not found one.
