[TMC] Parts or power supply wanted for the SBE exciter

PP-1769/URA-23 is correct for the military version of the rack mount power 
supply.  The oscillator/modulator section is O-672/URA-23.  Together they are 
Modulator Power Supply Group AN/URA-23.

Incidentally, the difference between SBE-2 & -2A and SBE-3 is the audio 
bandwidth.  SBE-2(*) has an audio bandwidth of 350-3300 cps.  SBE-3 is 250-7500 
cps.
