[TMC] TMC PS?

Greetings to the list members..
   
  During my trip to Dayton in May, I stopped by Cincinnati to do deal with N3HE.  Part of that deal is a TMC item that I am trying to identify since I cannot find a data tag anywhere.
   
  The unit is obviously a power supply but it looks like there was a space to slide in some other piece of gear.  This unit has been modified by cutting the supports and reducing the the width to approx 19" and adding a front panel..
   
  OK, here is what I see:
   
  On the front panel, left side I see:
   
  1. "Drawer Interlock" Pilot light
   
  2. "B+ .25A" Fuse
   
  3. "IPA Bias .125 A" Fuse
   
  On the front panel, right side, I see:
   
  1.  "IPA Blower 2A" Fuse
   
  2. "IPA Fil 2A" Fuse
   
  3. "LV 3A" Fuse
   
  4. "IPA Bias ADJ" -- hole leading to a slotted pot..
   
  On the inside, left side, I see
   
  1 ea 5R4
   
  1 ea 6X4
   
  2 ea OA2
   
  4 plug in filter caps
   
  10 Hy @ 125 mA choke
   
  On the inside, right side, I see
   
  6.3 V 2A xfmr
   
  multiple tap transformer to include
   
  350 V, 200 mA, ct
  375 V, 40 mA
  5V, 2A
  6.3 V, 1.2 A
  6.3 V, 3 A, ct
   
  As you have probably guessed, I am not a TMC expert!  I have done some looking and Googling but haven't found anything that matches this piece of gear.
   
  So, before I consign it to the KQ4BY Salvage Pile, can anyone ID this thing?  And, if you are interested in it, please let me know.
