[TMC] SBE info

Larry,

The only thing I have on it is that it was used with the GPT-750E-2 (which 
isn't to say it wasn't used elsewhere, too), and the only difference actually 
mentioned between it and the SBE-2 is the bandwidth (250-7500 CPS).  No 
indication that it was higher power or anything like that.
