[TMC] SBE info

I have acquired an SBE-3.  On the back panel, obviously factory
installed from the way the hole is cut, is a 6 or 8 inch cooling fan run
off if 115Vac, or common house voltage whatever.  Anyway, my SBE-2
doesn't have this.  Wonder what the reason was, was it because of the
heavier duty that the SBE-3 was required to perform, heavier channel
loading or what.  not having an SBE-3 manual i'm searching for answers
and where was it wired to for power?
