[TMC] TMC balun designators add info..

I omitted or didn't make it clear in my reporting that the " B " in the model or p/n designator of this particular Balun stands for Bilateral.. I made reference that this balun would work in either direction and from or into a balanced to unbalanced scheme..  but didn't make it clear that the B really indicates Bilateral, not balanced or unbalanced.. thanx  mac/mc
