Yup Richard, I think Bob finished me off with a detailed EXPLANATION, in
depth.. it seems the "U" would stand for Unbalanced, while the " B "
would be for Balanced, and it seems this will apply both ways, 50/600 or
600/50 yah, I guess these are the sissy version.. cause this is all I got,
these came from the stash of stuff I got from the AT&T WMO station site in
PENNSUCO last fall.. but if this is 5kw, I'll take it all day long.. I
would guess a more apt rating would fall at 15-20 kw.. and would do more if
it were in some oil filled container, but this little honey is dry housed...
so it will clearly work for my QRP situation, fact is at QRP, I think the
signal would get lost inside this thing before it ever reached the wire
antenna.. thanx for the help.. mac/mc
