My docs are stored but looked at my unit and C-104 shows 450 WVDC not
500. The actual voltage is about 300 on my unit so I think the 400 
should be ok.

Deoxit 5 is used by all the BA guys. I used 99% alcohol initially and
it worked quite well. Never bothered with the Deoxit.
Check the antenna input. Not at all conventional. Mine was screwed up
by a previous owner with a SO 239 improperly connected. The original
doesn't use that at all but paired feed to a transformer T1.
