[TMC] Maintenance Question

After cleaning up my GPR 90, testing tubes etc I went to check all the
voltages. I got stumped, way off base.
So I went to the resistance's , same story. One far off specification.

specifics:
V1 pin 1, shows 130 VDC I have 190!
     there are a few others far from the schedule on page 5-1.
It's not the AC voltage difference as the unit was designed for
115 AC and we are about 118 AC now. Not that much difference.
Voltages were tested on the proper band.

V3 resistance should be 2.2 meg on pin 1. No way. I traced the
    schematic and can only find my actual of `100K ohms.
    Most of the other resistance's are pretty close.

So what gives? Error on those sheets? Anyone have a similar experience.
No SN is referenced in the original manual; mine is SN 1790.

Holding off an alignment tweak until I resolve this discrepancy.
