[TheForge] The Grasshopper Treadle Hammer Plans are now online

That would be cumbersome.  There are probably about 100-120 individual
pages and I don't care to try to post them in that manner.  As it stands,
it's divided into about a dozen PDFs which may be individually unzipped.
About the only alternative I can imagine is to render them as Word
documents, but I don't care to use that proprietary software in lieu of
PDF's.
