The market price for both of these steels is around $ 5.00 per pound.  What you ask for it would be dependent on whether you have a future need for it and would have to replace as new.  I have reached the age (75) where I would sell it well below that ( $ 2 / pound) because I am not going to be around to make too many more power hammer dies.  In my case if I don't use it and my good wife of 54 years will give it to the Folk School.  When she says what am I going to do with all your stuff (tools, steel etc.) I always say give it to the Folk School, they will either use it or sell it and use the funds for blacksmithing.
