there are several ways..  the easiest but most expensive is to by a bandsaw
blade welder..  they can be priced from about 500.00-10k

You can tig weld them if you are really good and then anneal them in free
air.

You can also silver solder them and they sell units to hold the blades so
this can be done.

I own 2 bandsaw blade welders and is a great investment if using them
enough or if you want to do internal cutting.
