Dave,  If you don't come up with a direct replacement (Parker) consider going to a low cost hydraulic cylinder but run it on air.  You may get some cross piston leakage but in general they will be a more robust cylinder.  Might want just a little more diameter because the rod will most likely be larger in diameter.
