Do any of you guys know anything about the Bull air hammer?  I don't, 
but may (emphasis on MAY) have occasion to acquire one but judging from 
pictures, it appears to have been partially (at least) disassembled and 
I am guessing that it likely has other issues.

On a scale of 1-10 (10 the best) where does the Bull rank?

Is there anyone you are aware of in the SW (TX, OK, LA) areas that you 
could recommend to put it in running order.
