hello

yesterday,Saturday, using a pneumatic die grinder and a dremel tool I
cut the
rivets to be even with the frame of the truck. I than used a 4 inch long
1/4-20 bolt and a ball pein hammer to knock the rivets out of the frame.

The new leaf spring shackle brackets are installed.
today being Sunday i rested.
tomorrow will hit it again.

upgrading microwave radio link tomorrow afternoon, the network will be
unreachable for a period of time. If e-mails bounce that is why.

hopefully, my truck will be back on the road tomorrow or tuesday.

I still need to weld the bed of the truck where the driver side leaf
spring punched through when the rear leaf spring shackle failed.

have to love portapower for jacking leaf springs back into place.
