I have never seen any available to anyone that wanted to come and get it.

I do know someone that fell into a batch through a relative of his. It 
was about the size of basketballs and very hard.  He had to build a 
device to break it up into usable chunks.  I haven't been to his shop[ 
for several years so I don't know if he had a continues supply or if it 
was just a one time find.
