[TheForge] Coak and weird anvil

Well, that pretty clearly says "Hay Budden Manufactury Brooklyn NY"

I'd hazard a guess that this anvil broke off at the hardy hole and somebody
welded on a new tail.

Why that "horse shoe" arrangement on the underside, I don't know.  Maybe to
damp the ringing?
