[TheForge] Coak and weird anvil

Hey Paul, most anvils made today are cast stee,l They are fine.
Test the face rebound by dropping a 1" ball bering from about 20
inches high, and measure the % it rebounds. Make sure you remove all the
surface rust before the test.
The higher % the bounce the better.
