Odd you should mention it.  I was wondering the same thing just a day
or two ago when groveling through old email.

Fourteen years ago, many of us corresponded with Don about books he
proposed to publish of Chris Ray's work.  I was on the list but in the
end never heard about the final decision of price, format and
availability.  I'm still interested.  Chris was an inspiration and a
great help to me.
