[TheForge] Another one gone

I'm sorry, Peter.

About ten days ago one of my mentors from high school, James J. Hayden,
died from cancer of the kidneys. I am not sure I would have lived
through high school without his friendship. We remained close all these
years and the world has become a measurably lonelier place with his
passage into the next big thing. Then my uncle died a couple of days
after my birthday (2/1), but at least he was 95.

We're at that age, many of us.

Speaking of which... anyone hear from Don Plummer lately? Been a LONG
time since last I spoke with him and am just wondering if he's doing OK.
