I hope you realize that there is no way to grout this frame in.  You have no access with a wrap around frame.  That is why we have them placed before the masonry is installed.   That is also why I suggested an angle iron, fabricated frame.  If you want to cover the door jambs because of sloppy block work, I suggest you mortar that up.  

You really will not have any abuse here that requires a full depth frame.
