Hello Graham;

A church in Cumbria has had the lead roof stolen 4 times.
the latest time they were still making repairs from the 3rd time.
The church has now installed several alarm systems.

One church had the entire copper rain spouts stolen.
thousands of GBP of damage and copper.

I am surprised that they do not attempt to steal the church bells.

Not many churches in the USA still have bells. replaced by electronic
bells. I love to sit outside a pub and listen to the church bells.
