[TheForge] OT: My floor is poured: the saga

Thanks Paul.

I was thinking about laying a double wall and filling w/concrete and 
rebar... but that may be overkill.  At this point we're not looking good 
to beat the winter.

There is a part of me that wants to beat these bastards most viciously 
with an iron bar.  I just cannot get over how few people take their jobs 
seriously anymore.  I've spent the past 30 years watching the decline 
and it is troubling to say the least.
