With an old time 1/2" swage, or home made equivalent,
it wouldn't be all that much work to just forge it out by hand.

If you have a power hammer or a friend with one, it would be easy enough to
make yourself. Probably take less time than trying to find a factory source,
when you only need 8'-12'.
