I saw that one up close.  What amazed me is that it was not more violent.  I believe every one got out fine with minor burns.  

There are images on the web of a guy that decided to remove the valve from a tank that was not as empty as he thought.   Of course the one I sympathized with I think was one of our own on the forge.  He picked up a big fire extinguisher that fell off a truck and put it in the cab of his truck.  The valve assembly let loose and went through his wife's jaw as he pulled back on the road.
