What pressure is your natural gas delivered at? I needs to be around 7"
of water coulomb or 1/4 PSI.
Most appliance regulators can handle the input pressure from natural
gas, which is normally delivered at 7" of water coulomb, or propane
which is normally piped inside the building at 11" of water coulomb. The
appliance regulator will then reduce either of those to about 3.5" of
water column to supply the jets.
Use the chart to get the size you need:

Use the btu of each propane burner and then look up that btu for natural
gas and see what size the orifice is.
Your propane dealer may have jets available if he pulled them from a
conversion and plays well with others...
