[TheForge] coal forge exhaust system

Rule of thumb for exhaust is the stack to be 2 foo taller that the roof 8
feet in all directions.  Sometimes a draft inducer is required But I have
found that burning a couple sheets of newspaper directly under the flue
gets the draft started on a cold morning.
