It probably IS a 9".  But you can put a 12" wheel on a 9" grinder --
if you take off that silly guard!  That still should leave at least
1/4" between the grinding disk -- spinning at 10,000 RPM -- and your
fingers!

Leave us not be wimps, after all!  God gave us ten fingers because she
knew we'd need a few spares.
