If it's sincerely frozen. degrease and use the electrolytic rust removal method
with a battery charger and a solution of washing soda.

Does anyone have any information on an old hand crank blower that has no
markings except "TIGER" on the mounting bracket? It was "froze up" and the
atf and acetone, etc mix loosened it a bit but although the fan will turn
the crank shaft doesn't...It was rescued from a junk pile in Texas by a
friend, but is it worth wasting time messing with it? Thanx. Ron C
