[TheForge] Landscaper's fee

Not sure I would go with fixed percentages - not sure I would not.
Would you really pay someone $100K if they brought you a million dollar
job? These sorts of scales usually slide with volume, which makes sense
from one perspective and sucks from another. OTOH, insurance and other
sorts of salvage seem to work on fixed scales.
Jeez... now I'm so confused my head hurts.
