[TheForge] Jet tailstock disassembly?

Thanks Ries, you hit it on the head. This is the precise same
tailstock. I know about part#36 and removed it. The ONLY thing I can
guess is that the foremost oil ball sits MUCH lower than the one nearer
the handwheel, and the paint around it was chipped and repainted. I am
wondering if the brass was accidentally set into the casting such that
it rubs against the quill. But one would think this would loosen up as
the parts wore into each other. That and the quill feels so very much
like it is running dead up against a stop.
Oh wait... just had a thought... quick run for the hills! The set screw
I took out appears to have been broken on the end. I wonder whether
there is a piece stuck in there... Perhaps it is time to examine the
hole and see what might be inside.
