[TheForge] Anvil height

Hmmm, sounds like a good idea.  The last time there was a significant
volcano fart in the south Pacific
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1815_eruption_of_Mount_Tambora it led to
the year without a summer.  Could be a cure for global warming!
