There are a lot of different wheel diameters: buggy wheel, wheel barrow,
hack, cargo wagon, etc. Iron tired wooden wheels were the norm for centuries
and I don't see any reason a wheel wright or smith wouldn't have a dedicated
piece of equipment. Have a new set of wheels made for your surry and all
you'd need is a plucky pony to pulley around. <grin>
