Goat condolences Andy.
My question is how many successive years of hard beating without cracking, denting or distorting?
Anvils should survive many generations of use unsullied.

On a sad note, our goat Pearl died today. Probably enterotoxemia.

One really weird thing, though, she's been dead since 3:30 and no rigor. Then in the twilight I keep thinking I'm seeing movement. Had me unnerved a bit but there is zero breath.

She was a very good goat.
